Each plushie starts life as a doodle taped above Mochi's sewing table. We cut, stuff, and hand-stitch every friend in batches of twelve, so no two whiskers are ever quite the same.

How fast does my order ship?
Every order is hand-packed and leaves our studio within 48 hours. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days after that; rush shipping is available at checkout.
Can I get a plushie personalized?
Yes — add free name embroidery to any plush at checkout, or message us for a fully custom color request. Custom orders add 3–4 days to your ship time.
What's your return policy?
Unloved plushies and stationery can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Personalized items are final sale, but we'll always fix a stitching mistake for free.
Do you offer wholesale stationery packs?
Stationery shops can order washi tape and sticker packs in bundles of 25. Email [email protected] for current pricing and lead times.
